2011 Swinging for Kids Golf Tournament Donation and Sponsorship Packages

In order to make this charity event a success we need businesses/individuals to sponsor holes, provide services such as food, prizes for golfers and items for a silent auction.  Hole sponsorship forms and golfer’s information must be submitted by July 1st.

Hole Sponsor – Gold   - $1000.00

  • Golf foursome (includes 18 holes of golf, cart, supper, prizes)
  • Official tax receipt
  • Signage at tee box
  • Signage at reception
  • Opportunity to insert items into the Golfer Welcome Bags

Hole Sponsor – Silver - $750.00  

  • Two golf spots (same as above)

  • Golf balls with your company’s logo printed on them will be given to each golfer.

Donate a Golf Prize

We are looking for donations to buy our top teams prizes such as golf bags and rounds of golf at Collicutt Siding Golf Club.  We are also looking for prizes of any type for our tournament.  Do you have golf shirts, golf balls or duffle bags?  Do you have a special company promotional item such as a gift certificate?  If you are interested in donating a prize, please indicate this on the sponsor form.  You will receive the following:

  • Prize table
  • Power point presentation during meal
  • Recognition as the prize sponsor when prizes are handed out

Silent Auction

We are looking for items to be donated for our silent auction.  Any items or gift certificates that you wish to donated would be appreciated.  Or donate cash and we will take care of buying a silent auction item on your behalf.

Donations

Your company can simply donate a financial gift to the work of the Alberta Neurofibromatosis Association or sponsor a golfer to attend the tournament.

Come and Golf - $125/golfer

Come out and enjoy the day on Saturday, July 9th, 2011.  The registration time will be announced – golf to start at 11:30am.    After golf, the Awards Banquet starts with a great meal, prizes and a slideshow presentation.
